The service was top-notch, with room service available for anything I needed and the friendly staff always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The housekeeping was impeccable, with my room always clean and tidy. I also loved the fact that they had a ski pass vendor on-site, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival which was a nice touch, and the spa and wellness center provided a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, near the ski lift and just a short distance from the main shopping areas of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spotlessly clean rooms that were kept warm throughout my stay. Breakfast had a large variety of options including delicious sweets, cereals, and cooked eggs. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the underground car parking even though there was an extra fee, as well as bicycle parking in a secure open area.
